At Luibelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with all designer tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
